糖尿病足患者溃疡愈合的影响因素以及中西医治疗的研究进展

Research Progress on Influencing Factors of Ulcer Healing in Diabetic Foot Patients and Treatment with Chinese and Western Medicine

糖尿病足是糖尿病患者常见且十分严重的慢性并发症类型,随着病程时间的延长、长期血糖控制效果不佳,其发生溃疡的风险随之提高。糖尿病足患者溃疡久治不愈或者是迁延愈合将会加大一系列并发症发生风险,甚至导致患者截肢,故总结影响其溃疡愈合的因素十分重要。关于糖尿病足溃疡的治疗,既往以西医为主,手段包括封闭负压引流、胫骨横搬运,但在中医全面复兴的大背景下中医药同样引起了医学界的重视。故本文在收集近五年与之相关的文献资料后,从糖尿病足患者溃疡愈合的影响因素、糖尿病足溃疡的中西医治疗两方面进行总结,以丰富现有研究体系并为临床治疗提供指导与帮助。

Diabetic foot disease is a common and serious type of chronic complication in diabetic patients,and the risk of ulcer increases with the prolongation of the disease course and the poor long-term glycemic control.Chronic or prolonged healing of ulcers in diabetic foot patients will increase the risk of a series of complications,and even lead to amputation.Therefore,it is very important to summarize the factors affecting ulcer healing.As for the treatment of dia-betic foot ulcer,Western medicine has been the main means,including closed negative pressure drainage and trans-verse tibial transport.However,under the background of the comprehensive revival of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has also attracted the attention of the medical community.Therefore,after collecting related literature in the past five years,this paper summarized the factors affecting ulcer healing in diabetic foot patients and the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in order to enrich the existing research system and provide guidance and help for clinical treatment.
