门冬胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖,血脂及炎症反应的影响

Effects of Insulin Aspartate Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose,Blood Lipids and Inflammation in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes, GDM)采取门冬胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月龙岩市第一医院产科收治的60例GDM者,按随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,各30例,均进行常规干预。对照组在此基础上应用门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加二甲双胍。比较各组患者血糖、脂肪因子及炎症反应指标变化。结果 治疗1个月,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α指标水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗1个月两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用门冬胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗GDM,可降低血糖水平,调节血脂,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of insulin aspartate combined with metformin in the treatment of Gesta-tional Diabetes(GDM).Methods A total of 60 GDM patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Longyan First Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.They all had routine intervention,the control group was treated with insulin aspartate on this basis,and the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of con-trol group.The changes of blood glucose,adipokine and inflammatory response indexes were compared among all groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis fac-tor-αin both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the high density lipoprotein choles-terol in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin aspartate combined with metformin in the treatment of GDM can reduce blood glucose level,regulate blood lipids and alleviate inflamma-tion.
