参芪降糖胶囊治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Capsule on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)应用参芪降糖胶囊的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年5月—2023年5月安溪县湖头医院产科入院待产的60例GDM孕妇作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为常规组(30例,常规疗法)和干预组(30例,参芪降糖胶囊),比较两组血糖指标和中医证候积分指标以及干预后新生儿不良结局出现率。结果 干预后,干预组中医证候积分和血糖指标均低于常规组,干预组新生儿不良结局出现率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 GDM治疗期间应用参芪降糖胶囊改善效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with GDM who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Anxi County Hutou Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group(30 cases of conventional therapy)and intervention group(30 cases of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule)according to the treat-ment method.Blood glucose index and TCM syndrome score index were compared between the two groups and the in-cidence of neonatal adverse outcomes after intervention.Results After intervention,TCM syndrome scores and blood glucose indexes in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of neona-tal adverse outcomes in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule during the treatment of GDM has a remarkable improvement effect.
