探讨胰岛素联用吡格列酮对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢与生活质量的影响

Effects of Insulin Combined with Pioglitazone on Glucose Metabolism and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨胰岛素联用吡格列酮应用于2型糖尿病患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2023年3月北京丰台医院内分泌科收治的88例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组,每组44例。对照组单独应用胰岛素治疗,观察组采取胰岛素联合吡格列酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组胰岛功能指标、糖代谢指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胰岛素联用吡格列酮的应用,能够提高2型糖尿病患者的胰岛功能,改善其糖代谢紊乱状态,促进患者生活质量的提升。联合应用有助于降低患者不良反应的发生率,对提高用药的安全性、有效性意义显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of insulin combined with pioglitazone in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 88 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Department of Endocrinology of Beijing Fengtai Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group by the lottery method.The control group was treated with insulin alone,and the observation group was treated with pioglitazone combined with insulin.The therapeutic effect of the two group was compared.Results The indices of islet function and glucose metabolism in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin combined with pioglitazone can improve the islet function of type 2 diabetes patients,improve their glucose metabolism disorder,and promote the improvement of their life quality.Combined application can help to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and improve the safety and ef-fectiveness of medication.
