降糖宁胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗妊娠糖尿病的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Jiangtangning Capsules Combined with Metformin Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的 分析降糖宁胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗妊娠糖尿病的疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2023年1月胶州市妇幼保健院收治的106例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组53例和对照组53例。对照组口服二甲双胍片进行治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用降糖宁胶囊。评价两组不同治疗方法的治疗效果、血糖相关指标变化情况、不良反应发生情况、不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗效果具有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各血糖指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率、不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 降糖宁胶囊与二甲双胍缓释片联合应用可以有效地改善患者血糖水平,降低不良反应和不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Jiangtangning capsules combined with metformin sustained-release tablets in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 106 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Jiaozhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The ran-dom number table method was used to divide the patients into an observation group of 53 cases and a control group of 53 cases.The control group was treated with oral metformin tablets,and the observation group was combined with Ji-angtangning capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,changes in blood glucose-related indi-cators,occurrence of adverse reactions,and occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were evaluated between differ-ent treatment methods of two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of various blood glucose indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Jiangtangning Capsules and metformin sustained-release tablets can effectively im-prove patient,blood glucose levels,and reduce adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
