综合护理在预防糖尿病并发症中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in the Prevention of Diabetic Complications

目的 探究针对糖尿病患者的采用综合护理对预防并发症发生的临床效果。方法 随机选取2021年9月—2022年9月山东省临沂市康复医院收治的90例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将患者分为采用接受一般护理的参照组和接受综合护理的观察组,每组45例。对比两组患者护理前后血糖指标、生活质量评分、并发症发生率和护理满意率。结果 护理后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组生活质量评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理的满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将综合护理模式运用于糖尿病患者中能够有效预防并发症的发生,同时能降低患者的血糖水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for diabetic patients on the prevention the occurrence of complications.Methods A total of 90 diabetic patients admitted to Linyi Rehabilitation Hospital of Shandong Province from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.Accord-ing to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the reference group receiving general nursing and the observation group receiving comprehensive nursing,with 45 cases in each group.The blood glucose index,quality of life score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemo-globin indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of complications in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group with nursing care was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode in diabetic patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications and reduce the blood glucose level of pa-tients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
