脑梗死合并糖尿病患者实施综合康复护理的方法与效果探讨

Discussion on the Methods and Effects of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Diabetes

目的 分析对于脑梗死伴糖尿病患者通过运用综合康复护理的临床价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年6月庆阳市人民医院神经内科收治的150例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组为常规护理,观察组则联合应用综合康复护理,比较两组的血糖水平、治疗依从性、肢体运动功能以及独立生活能力和护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组患者空腹血糖(Fasting Blood Glucose, FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h Postprandial Blood Glucose, 2 h PG)对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,观察组FPG、2 h PG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者上下肢运动功能量表(Fugl-meyer Assessment scale, FMA)、日常生活活动能力量表(Activities of Daily Living, ADL)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,观察组FMA、ADL量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度问卷评分为高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对于脑梗死伴糖尿病患者运用综合康复护理有利于控制患者的血糖水平,提升其治疗依从性,并促进其病情康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes.Methods A total of 150 patients with cerebral infarction combined with diabetes admitted to the Department of Neurology of Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The blood glucose level,treatment compliance,limb motor function,indepen-dent living ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before Care,fasting blood glu-cose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)were compared between the two groups of patients,and the dif-ferences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After Care,the levels of FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Before care,the scores of the upper and lower limb motor function scale(Fugl-Meyer As-sessment Scale,FMA)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)of the two groups of patients were compared,and the differ-ences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After Care,the scores of FMA and ADL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nurs-ing satisfaction questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes is beneficial to controlling the patient's blood glucose level,improving their treat-ment compliance,and promoting their recovery.
