快速康复护理用于妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产围术期的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Rapid Recovery Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Cesarean Section in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的 评估妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产围术期护理中,快速康复护理的实施效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年10月庆阳市人民医院产科收治的68例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施剖宫产,经抽签法分成研究组、对照组,各34例,分别实施快速康复护理、常规护理。比较两组患者血糖指标、术后切口感染率及满意度。结果 护理后,两组患者的血糖指标均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的术后切口感染率(2.94%)低于对照组(20.59%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.100,P=0.024);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复护理对降低术后切口感染率有积极意义,可以帮助患者改善血糖指标情况,可以满足患者合理护理需求。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of rapid recovery nursing in perioperative care for cesarean sec-tion in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 68 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the obstetrics department of Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the re-search objects,all the patients were performed by cesarean section.They were divided into research group and control group by lottery,34 cases each group,rapid rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing were implemented respectively.The blood glucose index,postoperative incision infection rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the blood glucose index of both groups was lower than that before nursing,and the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-operative incision infection rate in the study group(2.94%)was lower than the control group(20.59%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.100,P=0.024).The satisfaction was higher than the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid recovery nursing has positive significance in reducing the rate of postoperative incision infection,can help patients improve blood glucose indicators,and can meet patients'reasonable nursing needs.
