中药与肠道菌群的相互作用研究进展

肠道菌群作为人体中一个复杂的微生态系统,与人体健康密切相关。目前,肠道菌群已成为了解疾病发生与发展的重要前沿。越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群与中药关系密切,中药能够调节肠道菌群的结构与代谢,同时肠道菌群对中药成分具有代谢转化作用。本文对中药与肠道菌群相互作用的相关研究进行了总结归纳,以期为后续深入研究中药与肠道菌群的相互作用以及实现中药现代化提供帮助。

As a complex microecosystem in human body,intestinal flora is closely related to human health.At present,intestinal flora has become an important frontier in understanding the occurrence and development of diseases.More and more studies have shown that intestinal flora is closely related to traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate structure and metabolism of intestinal flora,at the same time,intestinal flora has metabolic transformation effect on traditional Chinese medicine components.In this paper,relevant studies on the interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and intestinal flora were summarized,in order to provide help for further research on the interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and intestinal flora and to realize the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
