患者报告结局测量信息系统能帮助医生决策,促进护患交流,提高患者依从性而被西方国家广泛地应用于肺癌临床实践,成为肺癌患者结局指标测评研究中最有应用价值的工具。该文对国内外肺癌患者应用患者报告结局测量信息系统的现状进行综述,旨在为肺癌临床护理研究提供参考,提高肺癌患者生存质量。患者报告结局测量信息系统在我国肺癌领域仍有很大的发展潜力,期望有更多的实践探索来促进其在我国的真正实施和发展。

The patient-reported outcome measurement information system can help doctors make decisions,promote nursing-patient communication and improve patient compliance,which has been widely used in lung cancer clinical practice in Western countries and has become the most valuable tool for evaluating outcome indicators in lung cancer patients.This paper reviewed the current status of the application of patient-reported outcome measurement information system for lung cancer patients both domestically and internationally,aiming to provide reference for clinical nursing research and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients.The patient-reported outcome measurement information system still has great development potential in the field of lung cancer in China,and it was expected that more practical explorations to promote its true implementation and development in China.
