摘要
铁死亡是新近识别的一种与凋亡和坏死不同的细胞死亡机制,也是一种由细胞内游离亚铁离子增加引发的以细胞内脂质活性氧堆积为主的细胞死亡。椎间盘细胞主要包括髓核细胞、纤维环细胞以及上下两端的软骨终板细胞,椎间盘退变是导致腰痛的重要原因之一,但目前椎间盘退变的具体机制尚未完全阐明。铁死亡在许多疾病中发挥重要作用,深入研究铁死亡与椎间盘退变发生发展的关系以及铁死亡在椎间盘细胞中的作用机制,可以为相关疾病的预防、治疗提供新思路。
Ferroptosis is a recently identified cell death mechanism distinct from apoptosis and necrosis,characterized by the increase of intracellular free iron ions leading to the accumulation of intracellular lipid reactive oxygen species as the main cause of cell death.Intervertebral disc cells mainly include nucleus pulposus cells,annulus fibrosus cells,and cartilage endplate cells at the upper and lower ends.Intervertebral disc degeneration is one of the important causes of low back pain,but the specific mechanism is not yet fully understood.Ferroptosis plays an important role in many diseases.A thorough study of the relationship of ferroptosis and the occurrence and development of intervertebral disc degeneration and the mechanism of ferroptosis in the disc cells can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
