摘要
铁死亡是一种铁依赖性细胞死亡途径,其特点在于铁蓄积和脂质过氧化。病原体可利用铁死亡促进其增殖、传播进而导致疾病发生,但铁死亡与病毒感染之间的相互作用仍需进一步研究阐明。铁死亡在不同病毒感染过程中的作用具有共同之处,但也各具特点。如铁死亡可影响乙型肝炎病毒急慢性感染,影响丙型肝炎病毒复制,参与人类免疫缺陷病毒导致的免疫功能缺陷以及EB病毒相关肿瘤的发生等。因此,全面了解铁死亡的药理学调节在治疗病毒感染相关疾病中的具体作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Ferroptosis is an iron dependent cell death pathway characterized by iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation.Pathogens can utilize ferroptosis to promote their proliferation,transmission,and disease occurrence,but the interaction between ferroptosis and viral infection still needs further elucidation.The role of ferroptosis in different viral infections has both similarities and unique characteristics.For example,ferroptosis can affect acute and chronic infections of hepatitis B virus,affect replication of hepatitis C virus,participate in immune dysfunction caused by human immunodeficiency virus,and the occurrence of EB virus related tumors.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the specific mechanisms of pharmacological regulation of ferroptosis in the treatment of viral infection related diseases can provide new ideas for the disease treatment.
