小青龙汤联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Loratadine in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:分析小青龙汤联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月北京市朝阳区东坝社区卫生服务中心收治的AR患者84例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用小青龙汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕评分,日常生活、睡眠、非鼻炎症状、实际问题、眼部症状、鼻部症状、情感评分及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小青龙汤联合氯雷他定治疗AR的临床效果显著,可改善患者症状,提升患者生活质量,且不会增加药物不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 84 AR patients admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Dongba Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,the scores of daily life,sleep,non-rhinitis symptoms,actual problems,ocular symptoms,nasal symptoms,emotion and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with loratadine has significant clinical effects in the treatment of AR,and can relieve patients'symptoms,and improve the quality of life without increasing adverse drug reactions.
