靳三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Jin Three-Needle Therapy for Sciatica Caused by Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察靳三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症致坐骨神经痛的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年4月北京市朝阳区王四营社区卫生服务中心收治的59例腰椎间盘突出症所致的坐骨神经痛患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=29)与观察组(n=30)。对照组予以常规针刺治疗,观察组予以靳三针治疗。比较两组疼痛情况、功能性障碍情况、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组JOA评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:靳三针治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的效果显著,能够减轻患者疼痛程度,改善功能性障碍。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jin three-needle therapy for sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 59 patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Wangsiying Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=29)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and the observation group was treated with Jin three-needle.The pain,functional impairment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)(P>0.05);After treatment,the VAS score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the JOA score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:Jin three-needle therapy has significant effects in the treatment of sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation,and can relieve the patient's pain and ameliorate functional impairment.
