强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响

摘要 目的研究强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月于厦门大学附属第一医院进行临床免疫检验的102例患者作为研究对象,其中2017年1月至2018年6月实施常规免疫检验质控的患者51例作为对照组,2018年7月至2019年12月在常规免疫检验质控基础上强化免疫检验质量管理的患者51例作为观察组。比较两组临床免疫检验结果、不良事件发生率及满意度。结果观察组乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、核心抗原(HBeAg)、表面抗体(HBsAb)、核心抗体(HBcAB)检验准确率分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、98.04%,均高于对照组的92.16%、90.20%、92.16%、86.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)水平为(32.20±3.51)μg/L、(42.33±4.20)μg/L、(26.60±3.75)kU/L、(29.86±3.11)U/ml均低于对照组的(58.34±6.39)μg/L、(63.05±7.13)μg/L、(55.47±5.34)kU/L、(59.94±5.72)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为7.84%,低于对照组的27.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为98.04%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化免疫检验质量管理有助于提升临床免疫检验准确性,降低不良事件发生率。 Objective To study the effect of enhanced quality management of immunization tests on the accuracy of clinical immunization tests.Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent clinical immune test in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2017 to De-cember 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and 51 patients who underwent routine immune test quality control from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the control group.51 patients with enhanced immune test quality management based on routine immune test quality control were selected as the observation group from July 2018 to December 2019.The results of clinical immune test,incidence of adverse events and satis-faction were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy rates of hapatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb)and hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAB)in the observation group were 100.00%,100.00%,100.00%and 98.04%,respectively,which were higher than 92.16%,90.20%,92.16%and 86.27%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The values of alpha fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9)in the observation group were(32.20±3.51)μg/L,(42.33±4.20)μg/L,(26.60±3.75)kU/L,(29.86±3.11)U/ml,,respectively,which was lower than(58.34±6.39)μg/L,(63.05±7.13)μg/L,(55.47±5.34)kU/L,(59.94±5.72)U/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.84%,which was lower than 27.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was 98.04%,higher than 76.47%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced quality management of immunization tests is helpful to improve the accuracy of clinical immune test and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
