剖宫产瘢痕部位憩室/缺陷或缺损中文名称调查结果与建议

Chinese literature statistical analysis on the nomenclature of cesarean scar diverticulum or cesarean scar defect

目的了解剖宫产瘢痕部位憩室(cesarean scar diverticulum,CSD)/缺陷或缺损(cesarean scar defect,CSD)的中文名称情况。方法检索并逐条学习1982至2018年“万方数据”中所有CSD的中文文献,按中文CSD名称统计。结果中文CSD文献共322篇,12646例患者;中文CSD名称共72个,憩室类、缺陷类、缺损类、假腔类、愈合不良类,分别占54.17%(39/72)、19.44%(14/72)、16.67%(12/72)、6.94%(5/72)、2.78%(2/72)。结论中文CSD名称不统一,使用不规范,有72个名称,建议中文CSD名称与现行妇产科教材剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)相统一,拟用剖宫产瘢痕部位缺陷或缺损(cesarean scar defect,CSD)与剖宫产瘢痕部位憩室(cesarean scar diverticulum,CSD)。

Objective To understand the Chinese names of cesarean scar diverticulum(CSD)/cesarean scar defect(CSD)at the site of cesarean scar.Methods All the Chinese literatures of CSD in"Wanfang data"from 1982 to 2018 were searched and studied one by one,and the statistics were made according to the Chinese CSD name.Results A total of 322 Chinese CSD articles were published,involving 12646 patients;there were 72 Chinese CSD names,including diverticulum,defect,defect,false cavity and poor healing,accounting for 54.17%(39/72),19.44%(14/72),16.67%(12/72),6.94%(5/72)and 2.78%(2/72)respectively.Conclusion The Chinese CSD name is not uniform,the use is not standardized,there are 72 names,it is suggested that the Chinese CSD name and the current obstetrics and gynecology teaching material(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)should be unified,cesarean scar defect(CSD)and cesarean scar diverticulum(CSD)are proposed to be used.
