7401张银杏叶滴丸门诊处方的用药情况分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation on the Medication Status of 7401 Outpatient Prescriptions for Ginkgo Biloba Dropping Pills

目的:本研究通过分析某院银杏叶滴丸的应用情况,评估其临床合理用药水平,为提高临床用药质量提供参考。方法:利用医院信息系统收集2019年1月~2022年12月期间该院门诊处方中银杏叶滴丸的使用情况。对收集到的处方进行整理和分析,包括科室分布、用药适应症、联合用药情况等,以评价其用药合理性。结果:7401张银杏叶滴丸处方涉及23个门诊科室,其中耳鼻喉科门诊最多(76.68%),其次为眩晕科(8.27%)、神经内科(5.04%)和便民门诊(3.12%)。涉及病症共计256种,其中五官系统疾病最多(75.20%),其次为神经系统疾病(16.84%)和心血管系统疾病(5.52%)。仅有250张处方为单独使用处方,其余7151张处方均为联合用药处方。排名前10种的联合用药包括胞磷胆碱钠胶囊、甲钴胺片、乌灵胶囊等。处方的合格率为98.84%。结论:该院银杏叶滴丸的使用情况基本合理,但存在超说明用药和西医医师开具临床诊断书写不全的情况,医院应加强对处方的管理。

Objective:This study aims to analyze the application of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills in a hospital,evaluate the level of clinical rational drug use,and provide a reference for improving the quality of clinical drug use.Methods:The study collected and analyzed the usage of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills in outpatient prescriptions from January 2019 to December 2022 using the hospital information system,resulting in a total of 7401 prescriptions.The collected prescriptions were sorted and analyzed to evaluate the rationality of drug use,including departmental distribution,indications for use,and concomitant drug use.Results:A total of 7401 prescriptions of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills involved 23 outpatient departments.The ENT department had the highest usage rate(76.68%),followed by vertigo(8.27%),neurology(5.04%),and convenience clinic(3.12%).A total of 256 diseases were involved,with otorhinolaryngology having the highest incidence rate(75.20%),followed by neurological diseases(16.84%)and cardiovascular diseases(5.52%).Only 250 prescriptions were for single use.The remaining 7151 prescriptions were for concomitant use.Among the top ten concomitant drugs,choline alfoscerate capsules,mecobalamin tablets,and Wuling capsules.The qualified rate of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills was 98.84%.Conclusion:The use of Ginkgo biloba dropping pills in this hospital is generally reasonable,but there are cases of overmedication and incomplete clinical diagnosis written by Western medicine physicians.Hospitals should strengthen the management of prescriptions.
