醒脑静注射液联合保留颞浅动脉去骨瓣减压术对重型创伤性脑损伤患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Superficial Temporal Artery Preserved Bone Flap Decompression in Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

摘要 目的 探讨重型创伤性脑损伤(sTBI)患者采用醒脑静注射液联合保留颞浅动脉去骨瓣减压术对临床疗效、预后及胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2023年2月新泰市人民医院收治的70例sTBI患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=35)与对照组(n=35)。对照组给予保留颞浅动脉去骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组采用醒脑静注射液联合保留颞浅动脉去骨瓣减压术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、预后及GFAP、NSE水平。结果 观察组(97.14%)治疗有效率较对照组(77.14%)更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组GFAP、NSE水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论 醒脑静注射液联合保留颞浅动脉去骨瓣减压术应用于sTBI患者治疗中,可促进临床疗效提高,降低GFAP、NSE水平,改善患者预后。 Objective To explore the effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with superficial temporal artery decompressive decompression on clinical efficacy,prognosis,levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) and neuron-specific enolase(NSE) in patients with severe traumatic brain injury(sTBI).Methods Seventy sTBI patients admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(n=35) and control group(n=35) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with superficial temporal artery preserved bone flap decompression,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with superficial temporal artery preserved bone flap decompression.The clinical efficacy,prognosis,GFAP and NSE levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group(97.14%) was higher than that of control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).After treatment,Glasgow prognostic score(GOS) of the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and the GOS of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GFAP and NSE in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with superficial temporal artery preserved decompression can improve clinical efficacy,reduce the levels of GFAP and NSE,and improve the prognosis of sTBI patients.
