治疗高尿酸血症的药物研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 高尿酸血症是由于机体嘌呤代谢紊乱或尿酸排泄减少等因素引起的一组代谢性疾病,长期慢性高尿酸血症将导致尿酸盐过度沉积于关节、肾脏等部位继而可能出现持续性痛风、肾脏慢性损伤。近年来,随着我国人民生活水平升高和营养饮食结构改变,成人高尿酸血症的患病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。随着现代医学科技的不断发展,降尿酸药物的靶点和作用机制也日益清晰,新药的研制和应用也取得了可观的进展,目前许多药物降尿酸的疗效理想。本文全面综述了高尿酸血症治疗药物的最新进展,旨在为临床治疗高尿酸血症提供可靠参考及依据。 Hyperuricemia is a group of metabolic diseases caused by factors such as the disturbance of purine metabolism or reduced excretion of uric acid in the body.Long-term chronic hyperuricemia will lead to excessive deposit of urate in joints and kidneys,which may lead to persistent gout and chronic kidney injury.In recent years,with the increase of people's living standard and the change of nutrition diet structure,the prevalence and death rate of adult hyperuricemia in our country are increasing.With the continuous development of modern medical science and technology,the target and mechanism of uric acid lowering drugs have become increasingly clear,and considerable progress has been made in the development and application of new drugs.At present,many drugs have ideal efficacy in lowering uric acid.In this paper,the latest development of drugs for the treatment of hyperuricemia was reviewed in order to provide a reliable reference for the clinical treatment of hyperuricemia.
