摘要
目的 通过分析2018—2022年北京某高校附属医院毕业研究生在学期间代表性学术成果,研究“破五唯”背景下高校附属医院研究生发表学术成果的现状,并提出提升学术成果质量的相关对策,为树立研究生正确科研观念提供思考。方法 以北京某高校附属医院2018年6月—2022年12月毕业并获得学位的研究生为调查对象,对其在学期间最具代表性的学术成果进行分析。结果 2018—2022年该院毕业并获得学位的研究生共390名,所提交的代表性学术成果中共含论文407篇、专利两项、软件著作权1项,论文篇均影响因子和单篇最高影响因子均呈上升趋势,高影响因子论文在后2年更为集中。结论 近年来,北京某高校附属医院学术成果的整体质量有所提升,其中科研型博士是高质量研究的主要贡献者,团队建设能够促进研究生之间的合作交流,提高学术成果质量;同时,多元化创新能够拓宽学术成果的内涵,能够帮助研究生各展所长、激发研究动力,是打破“五唯”的关键所在。
Objective To analyze the representative academic achievements of graduate students from an affiliated hospital of a university in Beijing between 2018 and 2022,this study investigates the current situation of academic achievements published by graduate students in university affiliated hospitals under the background of "breaking the five-only" policy,proposes the relevant measures to improve the quality of academic achievements,to provide thinking for establishing correct scientific research concept of graduate students.Methods The representative academic achievements was analyzed retrospectively by taking the graduate students who graduated from June 2018 to December 2022 in an affiliated hospital of a university in Beijing as the research object.Results From 2018 to 2022,a total of 390 graduate students graduated from the college and obtained degrees.The representative academic achievements submitted included 407 papers,2 patents,and 1 software copyright.The average impact factor of each paper and the highest impact factor of a single paper were on the rise,and the high impact factor papers were more concentrated in the next two years.Conclusion In recent years,the overall quality of academic achievements of a university affiliated hospital in Beijing has been improved,among which research-oriented doctoral students are the main contributors of high-quality papers.Teamwork can promote cooperation and exchange between graduate students and improve the quality of academic achievements.Meanwhile,diversified innovation can broaden the connotation of academic achievements,help graduate students to develop their strengths and stimulate research motivation,which is the key to break the "five only".
