摘要
阐述称重式给煤机运行过程中的计量精度、频繁误动、控制系统调节质量问题及原因,分析改造共振概率筛、控制系统硬件部件,优化PID调节系统,提出给煤机控制系统的优化设计。
This paper expounds the measurement accuracy,frequent misoperation,and quality issues in the control system adjustment during the operation of a weighing coal feeder.It analyzes the transformation of the resonance probability screen and the hardware components of the control system,optimizes the PID adjustment system,and proposes an optimized design for the coal feeder control system.
