摘要
阐述煤气锅炉在钢铁厂的应用特点,分析常规问题、优化策略,通过燃烧控制优化可保证锅炉燃烧稳定、快速应对燃料波动及负荷调整的变化工况,从而提高锅炉燃烧效率、保障负荷稳定性。
This paper describes the application characteristics of gas boilers in steel plants,analyzes common problems,and optimization strategies.Through combustion control optimization,stable combustion of boilers can be ensured,and fuel fluctuations and load adjustments can be quickly responded to,thereby improving boiler combustion efficiency and ensuring load stability.
