摘要
阐述气象大数据云平台、气象监测预警预报服务系统的设计方案,系统采用.NET框架开发、简单对象访问协议(Simple Object Access Protocol,SOAP)交换数据和应用MVC架构设计用户界面,基于组件开发模式满足个性化和扩展需求,从而提高应急与预警信息接收的时效和到达率。
This paper describes the design of a meteorological big data cloud platform and a meteorological monitoring and early warning service system,which adopts NET framework development,Simple Object Access Protocol(soap) data exchange,and application MVC architecture design user interface,based on component development pattern to meet personalized and expansion needs,thereby improving the timeliness and arrival rate of emergency and early warning information reception.
