烟台市某三级甲等医院护士心理一致感现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status quo and influencing factors of psychological consistency of nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Yantai City

目的 了解核酸采样护士心理一致感现状,并进行相关影响因素分析。方法 采用便利抽样法选择2021年5月—2022年3月烟台市某三级甲等医院参加核酸采样护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、心理一致感量表进行调查。共发放问卷206份,回收有效问卷200份。结果 核酸采样护士心理一致感总得分为(48.54±10.39)分,其中意义感、可控制感和可理解感得分分别为(14.97±3.17)、(18.69±5.02)和(19.86±4.91)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,无参与公共卫生事件经历、采样工作时长为影响其心理一致感的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 核酸采样护士心理一致感处于较低水平,并受未参与公共卫生事件经历、采样工作时长的影响,应借鉴国内外经验针对性的给予护士支持,提升心理一致感水平。

Objective To understand the current situation of the sense of psychological consistency of nucleic acid sampling nurses and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select nurses who participated in nucleic acid sampling from May 2021 to March 2022 in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Yantai City as the research objects,and they were investigated by the general data questionnaire and psychological consistency scale.A total of 206 questionnaires were distributed,and 200 valid questionnaires were recovered.Results The total score of sense of psychological consistency among nucleic acid sampling nurses was(48.54±10.39)points,of which the score of the sense of meaning,the sense of controllability,and the sense of comprehensibility was(14.97±3.17),(18.69±5.02)and(19.86±4.91)points,respectively.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that no experience of participating in public health events and sampling time were the main factors affecting their sense of psychological agreement(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of psychological consistency in nucleic acid sampling nurses is at a low level,and is affected by no experience of participating in public health events and sampling time,so it is necessary to draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience and give targeted support to nurses to improve the level of psychological consistency.
