全科团队服务对社区2型糖尿病家庭护理的实际效果分析

Analysis of the Practical Effects of General Practice Team Services on Community Home Care for Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨社区2型糖尿病(T2DM)家庭护理中全科团队服务的效果。方法于2020年9月至2021年8月,在社区选取T2DM患者100例,随机分为观察组(给予全科团队服务)和对照组(给予常规护理),每组各50例。对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组血糖水平、炎症因子水平、生活质量评分、满意度评分、自我护理能力、治疗依从性、疾病知晓情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全科团队服务可有效增加社区T2DM家庭护理的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of general practice team service in community home care for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From September 2020 to August 2021,100 T2DM patients were selected in the community,and randomly divided into an observation group(receiving general practice group service)and a control group(receiving usual care),with 50 patients in each group.Compare the nursing effects of two groups.Results The observation group had better blood glucose levels,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life scores,satisfaction scores,self-care ability,treatment compliance,and disease awareness than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion General practice team service can effectively increase the effect of T2DM home care in the community.
