研究思维导图式指导模式在乳腺癌患者植入上臂静脉输液港护理中的应用效果

To Study the Application Effect of Thought-guided Schema in Nursing of Breast Cancer Patients Implanted in Upper Arm Venous Infusion Port

目的研究思维导图式指导模式在乳腺癌患者植入上臂静脉输液港护理中的应用效果。方法自2022年8月至2023年12月期间,选取50例在本院收治的乳腺癌且行上臂静脉输液港患者,随机分为两组,采用常规护理的为对照组,试验组则在此基础上采用思维导图式指导模式进行干预,比较两组护理后的临床效果。结果干预前两组患者焦虑及抑郁评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后相比对照组,试验组相关知晓优良率高(P<0.05)、试验组焦虑及抑郁评分改善更明显(P<0.05)、并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)、护理总满意度较高(P<0.05);单因素分析显示,负面情绪、并发症、满意度和知晓率与年龄、文化程度、家庭收入有着很大关系(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析得知负面情绪、并发症、满意度和知晓率与高龄、文化程度低、家庭收入低有着很大关系(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者植入上臂静脉输液港护理中应用思维导图式指导模式进行干预,在一定程度上能提高患者的认知水平与满意度,减少焦虑、抑郁负性情绪及临床并发症的发生,临床应用前景广阔。

Objective To study the application effect of thought-guided schema in nursing of breast cancer patients implanted in upper arm venous transfusion port.Methods From August 2022 to December 2023,50 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital and receiving intravenous infusion port of the upper arm were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the experimental group was treated with thought-guided schema mode for intervention on this basis,and the clinical effects after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher rate of relevant knowledge(P<0.05),the experimental group had a more obvious improvement in anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of nursing was higher(P<0.05).Single factor analysis showed that,negative emotion,complications,satisfaction and awareness rate were significantly related to age,education level and family income(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that negative emotions,complications,satisfaction and awareness rate were significantly related to old age,low education level and low family income(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of thought-guide schema in nursing care of breast cancer patients implanted in the upper arm intravenous infusion port can improve the cognitive level and satisfaction of patients to a certain extent,reduce the occurrence of anxiety,depression and clinical complications,and has a broad clinical application prospect.
