免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在肿瘤治疗中表现出显著的效果,然而,其可能引发的心血管动脉粥样硬化事件也引起了广泛关注。该摘要旨在探讨ICIs引起的心血管动脉粥样硬化事件及其中西医防治策略。ICIs通过激活身体的自然免疫应答来攻击肿瘤细胞,但同时也可能导致一系列免疫相关的不良反应,包括动脉粥样硬化。这种并发症的出现不仅对患者的生活质量造成影响,也给临床治疗带来了挑战。与此同时,现有的西医治疗策略主要集中在对心血管风险因素的评估和管理,如高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病等,并结合药物干预如他汀类药物和阿司匹林等来减少动脉粥样硬化的风险。然而,这些措施并不能彻底避免ICIs引发的心血管并发症。在这种背景下,中医作为一种整体性、个体化的治疗方法,为防治ICIs引发的心血管并发症提供了新的思路。中医强调整体调理,治疗上依据辨证施治的原则,运用中药组方,针对“气滞”“血瘀”“痰湿阻络”等病理改变进行治疗。ICIs引发的心血管动脉粥样硬化事件是一个需要我们关注的问题。西医的风险评估和药物干预,以及中医的整体调理和辨证施治,均为我们提供了有益的防治策略。未来,更深入的研究和中西医结合的治疗方案有望为患者带来更好的治疗效果和生活质量。

Immunocheckpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have shown significant effects in the treatment of tumors.However,their possible cardiovascular atherosclerosis events have also attracted widespread attention.This abstract aims to explore the cardiovascular atherosclerosis events caused by ICIs and the prevention and treatment strategies of western medicine.ICIs attack tumor cells by activating the body's natural immune response,but it may also lead to a series of immune related adverse reactions,including atherosclerosis.The occurrence of such complications not only affects the quality of life of patients,but also poses challenges to clinical treatment.At the same time,the existing western medicine treatment strategies mainly focus on the assessment and management of cardiovascular risk factors,such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,and combined with drug intervention,such as statins and aspirin,to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.However,these measures cannot completely avoid cardiovascular complications caused by ICIs.In this context,traditional Chinese medicine,as a holistic and individualized treatment method,provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular complications caused by ICIs.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes holistic regulation,and treatment is based on the principle of syndrome differentiation.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are used to treat pathological changes such as“qi stagnation”,“blood stasis”,and“phlegm dampness obstructing collaterals”.The cardiovascular atherosclerosis event caused by ICIs is a problem that needs our attention.The risk assessment and drug intervention of Western medicine,as well as the overall regulation and dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,have provided us with beneficial prevention and treatment strategies.In the future,more in-depth research and a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan are expected to bring better treatment effects and quality of life to patients.
