多模式互动延续护理应用在老年脆性髋部骨折患者中的效果探讨

Effect of Multi-mode Interactive Continuous Nursing in Elderly Patients with Brittle Hip Fracture

目的分析在老年脆性髋部骨折治疗中用多模式互动延续护理的应用价值。方法将院内两年时间(2021年9月至2023年9月)收治的126例脆性髋部骨折老年患者为观察对象,以随机法(数字表法)分组,观察组63例采取多模式互动延续护理,对照组63例采取常规护理,比较两组护理后护理满意度,分析两组护理前后髋关节功能(连接支撑功能、运动功能)、Barthel指数、下肢FMA、HHS评分。结果观察组护理后与对照组比较护理满意度可见,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前比较髋关节功能、Barthel指数、下肢FMA、HHS评分可见差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组与对照组比较上述各项指标可见,前者较后者改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模式互动延续护理可提高脆性髋部骨折老年患者对护理的满意度,较常规护理措施更能提高髋关节功能,改善下肢功能,有助于护理后生活质量的提高。

Objective To analyze the application value of multi-mode interactive continuous nursing in the treatment of fragile hip fractures in the elderly.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with brittle hip fracture admitted to the hospital for two years(2021.9-2023.9)were divided into two groups by random method(number table method).63 patients in the observation group received multi-mode interactive continuous nursing,and 63 patients in the control group received routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Hip function(connection support function,motor function),Barthel index,lower limb FMA,HHS scores were analyzed before and after the two groups of care.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hip function,Barthel index,lower limb FMA and HHS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after nursing,the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was more obvious than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-mode interactive extended nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with brittle hip fracture,improve hip function and lower limb function more than conventional nursing measures,and contribute to the improvement of quality of life after nursing.
