摘要
目的探讨牙周引导组织再生技术治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月山东省泰山医院收治的100例牙周病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用牙种植技术,观察组在对照组基础上给予牙周引导组织再生技术。比较两组种植体探诊深度、改良龈沟出血指数、改良菌斑指数、近中骨吸收量、远中骨吸收量、术后种植体残留率及生命质量。结果术后6、12个月,两组改良菌斑指数比较差异无统计学意义,观察组种植体探诊深度浅于对照组,改良龈沟出血指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月,两组近中骨吸收量、远中骨吸收量均少于术后6个月,且观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后种植体残留率比较差异无统计学意义。术后12个月,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、精力、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周引导组织再生技术治疗牙周病,可改善近中骨吸收量、远中骨吸收量,效果理想,且可提高患者生命质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal guided tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods 100 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received dental implant technology,and the observation group received periodontal guided tissue regeneration technology.The implant probing depth,modified gingival sulcus bleeding index,modified plaque index,mesial bone resorption,distal bone resorption,postoperative implant residual rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 and 12 months after surgery,there was no significant difference in modified plaque index between the two groups,the probing depth of implants in the observation group was shallower than that in the control group,and the modified gingival sulcus bleeding index was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months after operation,the proximal and distal bone resorption of the two groups were less than those 6 months after surgery,,and the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative implant residual rate between the two groups.At 12 months after surgery,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,social function,energy,emotional function and mental health of the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal guided tissue regeneration technology in the treatment of periodontal disease can improve the absorption of mesial bone and distal bone,the effect is ideal,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
