改良Valsalva动作对阵发性室上性心动过速的转复效果

Reversal effect of modified Valsalva action on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

目的探究改良Valsalva动作对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的转复效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年2月呼伦贝尔市人民医院收治的80例PSVT患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组40例。A组采用标准Valsalva动作刺激,B组采用改良Valsalva动作刺激,比较两组PSVT转复情况及不良事件发生情况。结果两组发作频率及PSVT类型、基础阶段发作、用药阶段发作情况比较差异无统计学意义;B组总转复成功率为50.00%,高于A组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组头晕头痛、气促、头痛、低血压、逸搏或逸搏心率、房性和/或室性期前收缩、RR间期(>1.5 s)发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论与标准Valsalva动作相比,改良Valsalva动作可在不增加不良反应的基础上提高患者PSVT转复成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Valsalva action on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods 80 patients with PSVT admitted to Hulunbeier People's Hospital from January 2018 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the group A and the group B according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The group A was treated with standard Valsalva action stimulation,and the group B was treated with modified Valsalva action stimulation,the PSVT conversion and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in seizure frequency,PSVT type,basic stage seizure and medication stage seizure between the two groups;the total success rate of conversion in the group B was 50.00%,which was higher than 27.50%in the group A,and the difference was statistically significant;there was no significant difference in the incidence of dizziness,headache,shortness of breath,headache,hypotension,escape or escape heart rate,atrial and/or ventricular premature beats,and RR interval(>1.5 s)between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with the standard Valsalva action,the modified Valsalva maneuver can improve the success rate of PSVT conversion without increasing adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
