孟河医派治疗偏头痛的效果研究

Study on the effect of Menghe Medical School in the treatment of migraine

目的探究孟河医派治疗偏头痛的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年5月常州市中医医院诊治的110例头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组给予西比灵胶囊治疗,观察组给予孟河医派方剂,偏寒者给予川芎茶调散治疗,偏热者给予菊花茶调散加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.95%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为1.82%,低于对照组的43.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟河医派辨证治疗偏头痛的临床效果显著,患者症状得到有效缓解或治愈,且无明显不良反应发生,治疗安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Menghe medical school in the treatment of migraine.Methods 110 patients with headache diagnosed and treated in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sibelium capsule,the observation group was treated with Menghe medical prescription,the cold group was treated with Chuanxiong tea powder,and the hot group was treated with chrysanthemum tea powder,te clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.95%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.82%,which was lower than 43.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Menghe School of Medicine in treating migraine based on syndrome differentiation is significant.The patient's symptoms are effectively relieved or cured,and there are no obvious adverse reactions.The treatment is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
