南通地区口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后生命质量的影响因素

Influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors in Nantong area

目的探讨南通地区口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤(OMMs)患者术后生命质量的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年1月于南通大学附属医院治疗的80例OMMs术后患者的临床资料。收集患者临床资料,采用单因素及多因素Logistic分析OMMs患者术后生命质量的影响因素。结果OMMs患者术后生命质量评分为(75.65±2.14)分,其中生活质量佳35例,生活质量不佳45例。单因素分析结果显示,临床分期、文化程度、下颌骨节段切除、社会支持、营养不良均为OMMs患者术后生命质量的影响因素。多因素分析结果显示,临床分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、文化程度初中及以下、下颌骨节段切除、社会支持≤45分、营养不良是影响OMMs患者术后生命质量的高危因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论临床分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、文化程度初中及以下、下颌骨节段切除、社会支持≤45分、营养不良均为是影响南通OMMs患者术后生命质量的高危因素,临床给予针对性干预措施,进而改善患者术后生命质量。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancies(OMMs)in Nantong area.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with OMMs treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data of patients were collected,and the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients with OMMs were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic analysis.Results The postoperative quality of life score of OMMs patients was(75.65±2.14)scores,including 35 cases of good quality of life and 45 cases of poor quality of life.The results of univariate analysis showed that clinical stage,education level,mandibular segment resection,social support and malnutrition were the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients with OMMs.Multivariate analysis showed that clinical stageⅢ+Ⅳ,junior high school education and below,mandibular segmental resection,social support≤45 scores,and malnutrition were risk factors affecting the quality of life of OMMs patients after surgery(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical stageⅢ+Ⅳ,junior high school education and below,mandibular segmental resection,social support≤45 scores,and malnutrition are all high-risk factors affecting the quality of life of Nantong OMMs patients after surgery,targeted interventions are given to improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
