二妙丸与三妙丸治疗痛风作用机制的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of action of ermiao pill and sanmiao pill in the treatment of gout

痛风是一种常见的风湿免疫病,急性发作时,肢体末端常出现红、肿、热和剧烈疼痛。传统中药具有毒副作用小和多靶点等优点,已成为研治痛风的新方向,但因其治疗机制尚未完全明确而未能普及。二妙丸、三妙丸是主治焦湿热痹证的古老中药复方,是至今治疗痛风的常用中药,但其成分、配比与作用机制的研究仍需不断完善与探索。本文对二妙丸、三妙丸治疗痛风的研究现状与进展进行综述,以期为临床研究提供参考。

Gout is a common rheumatic immune disease.In acute attack,redness,swelling,heat and severe pain often occur at the end of the limbs.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of small toxic and side effects and multi-targets,and has become a new direction for the treatment of gout.However,its therapeutic mechanism has not been fully clarified and has not been popularized.Ermiao Pills and Sanmiao Pills are ancient traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of damp-heat arthralgia syndrome,which are commonly used in the treatment of gout so far.However,the research on its composition,ratio and mechanism of action still needs to be continuously improved and explored.This article reviews the research status and progress of Ermiao Pills and Sanmiao Pills in the treatment of gout,in order to provide reference for clinical research.
