脐针对胸腔镜患者术后胃肠功能紊乱的效果

Effect of Umbilical Acupuncture on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Thoracoscopic Patients

目的探讨脐针对胸腔镜患者术后胃肠功能紊乱(PGID)的作用效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年8月入院的120例拟行胸腔镜手术的患者,随机分为脐针组(60例)和对照组(60例)。两组患者均接受胸腔镜手术治疗,脐针组患者于麻醉恢复拔管后及术后第1~3天每日早上7:00—11:00完成30 min脐针干预,对照组不做处理,比较两组患者术后第1次排气时间、第1次排便时间、正常饮食恢复时间、首次床旁活动时间、肠鸣音是否恢复、呕吐次数及恶心、腹痛、腹胀评分。结果脐针组术后第1次排气时间、第1次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);脐针组术后恶心、呕吐、腹胀、切口疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脐针在改善胸腔镜患者术后第1次排气时间、第1次排便时间及PGID方面具有显著优势。

Objective To explore the effect of umbilical acupuncture on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction(PGID)in thoracoscopic patients.Methods A total of 120 patients who were admitted for thoracoscopic surgery from November 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a navel needle group(60 cases)and a control group(60 cases).The umbilical acupuncture were given thoracoscopy surgery.After anesthesia recovery and extubation,and 1-3 days after surgery,the umbilical acupuncture group completed 30 minutes umbilical needle intervention every morning from 7:00—11:00.The first postoperative exhaust time,first bowel movement time,normal diet recovery time,first bedside activity time,whether bowel sounds had recovered,vomiting frequency and nausea,abdominal pain,bloating scores were compared between two groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust time and first bowel movement time of the umbilical acupuncture group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative nausea score,vomiting score,abdominal distension score and wound pain score of the umbilical acupuncture group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical acupuncture has significant advantages in the improvement of the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the incidence of nausea,and PGID of patients after thoracoscopy surgery.
