引导式想象放松结合授权教育对白内障合并青光眼患者术后健康行为、视力及眼压的影响

Effect of Guided Imagination Relaxation Combined with Authorized Education onHealth Behavior, Vision and Intraocular Pressure of Patients withCataract and Glaucoma after Surgery

目的观察引导式想象放松结合授权教育对白内障合并青光眼患者术后健康行为、视力及眼压的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的白内障合并青光眼术后患者120例(158只眼),以随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例(79只眼),对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组则在对照组基础上接受引导式想象放松结合授权教育。比较两组健康行为、视力、眼压、焦虑量表(SAS)及抑郁量表(SDS)评分,并统计两组干预期间并发症的发生情况。结果干预后两组健康行为评分、视力均较干预前增加,研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。干预后两组眼压、前房深度、SAS及SDS评分较干预前降低,研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(13.33%)(P<0.05)。结论引导式想象放松结合授权教育能促进白内障合并青光眼患者术后健康行为养成,同时有利于改善视力、眼压及心理状态,并降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of guided imagination relaxation combined with authorized education on health behavior,vision and intraocular pressure of patients with cataract and glaucoma after surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients(158 eyes)with cataract and glaucoma who underwent surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 patients(79 eyes)in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received guided imagination relaxation combined with authorized education on this basis.Health behaviors,vision,intraocular pressure,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.The incidence of complications during intervention was calculated.Results After intervention,the health behavior scores and vision of the two groups increased,and the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and these indicators of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided imagination relaxation combined with authorized education can promote patients with cataract and glaucoma to develop healthy behaviors after surgery,which is conducive to improving vision,intraocular pressure and mental state,and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
