摘要
为运用文献资料法、实验法等方法讨论不同间歇时间小场地比赛法对U17校园男子足球运动员体能影响,通过德尔菲法选取与U17校园足球运动员高度相关的9项测试指标,得出:恒定和递减间歇时间小场地比赛训练方法对于提升U17校园足球男子运动员的速度素质、力量素质、柔韧素质、灵敏素质和耐力素质效果均较为显著,P值均小于0.05,其中小场地比赛结合递减间歇时间训练法在提升速度素质、力量素质和耐力素质方面效果更佳。
In order to use methods such as literature review and experimentation to discuss the impact of different interval small field competition methods on the physical fitness of U17 campus male football players,the Delphi method was used to select 9 highly relevant test indicators for U17 campus football players.It was found that the constant and decreasing interval small field competition training methods are effective in improving the speed,strength,and flexibility of U17 campus male football players The effects of sensitivity and endurance are both significant,with P-values less than 0.05.Among them,the combination of small field competition and decreasing interval training method has a better effect on improving speed,strength,and endurance qualities.
