摘要
核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体(NLR)是一类模式识别受体,其中NLRP6是NLR家族新成员。NLRP6炎症小体在炎性反应、维持肠道微生态、调控病毒感染中有重要作用,参与酒精性肝病、肝细胞癌及脓毒症肝损伤等肝脏疾病的发生、发展。本文就NLRP6炎症小体的结构、功能、激活机制及其在肝脏疾病中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain-like receptor(NLR)is a pattern recognition receptor.NLRP6 is a new member of the NLR family.NLRP6 inflammasome plays an important role in inflammatory responses,maintenance of intestinal homeostasis,and regulating viral infection,and participates in the progression of liver diseases such as alcoholic liver disease,hepatocellular carcinoma,and septic liver injury.This paper reviews the research progress of the structure,function and activation mechanism of NLRP6 inflammasome and its role in various liver diseases.
