摘要
传播能力、国际传播能力及中文国际传播能力构成了中文国际传播能力的主要论域。中文国际传播能力具有三大基本特性,即媒介依赖性、多元主体性和情境差异性。围绕不同能力主体、媒介及情境所形成的中文国际传播能力存在差别。中文国际传播能力是一个复杂的、动态的、多变量的开放性体系,可从宏观、中观、微观主体层次视角来进行体系建构,其中,宏观层面的中文国际传播能力主要指国家作为能力主体在基础支撑与规划设计方面的总体能力;中观层面的中文国际传播能力以平台为支撑,包括国际中文教育传播能力与中文泛传播能力;微观层面以一般个体的中文国际传播能力为切入口,涉及跨文化中文传播能力及媒介素养能力。
Communication competence,international communication competence and Chinese international communication competence constitute the main fields of discussion of Chinese international communication competence.International communication competence in Chinese has three basic characteristics,namely,media dependence,multiple subjects and contextual differences.There are differences formed around different competence subjects,media and contexts.Chinese international communication competence is a complex,dynamic and multivariate open system,which can be constructed from the perspectives of macro,meso and micro subjects.Among them,the macro level of Chinese international communication competence mainly examines the overall capability of a country as the subject in terms of basic support and planning,while the medium level one is based on the platform,including international Chinese education communication competence and Chinese pan-communication competence.The micro level focuses on the competence of general individuals,involving intercultural Chinese communication competence and media literacy competence.
