摘要
在高质量发展背景下的今天,工程项目的可持续性越发凸显其重要性,对于同属工程领域的老旧小区改造的可持续性也将备受关注。文章以冀北地区为例,站在社会视角下,将可持续性的发展度、协调度、持续度3个特征作为一级指标的维度划分,来表现老旧小区改造的可持续性,并在科学、系统、合理的指标筛选下,同时利用AHP-EWM组合赋权法计算各级评价指标权重,进而构建得到以10个二级指标和28个三级指标为基础架构,基于高质量发展的冀北地区老旧小区改造可持续性评价指标体系。本文成果可为推动冀北地区老旧小区改造可持续性水平的提升提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Under today's high-quality development context,the sustainability of engineering projects is becoming more and more important,the renovation sustainability of old residential communities in the same engineering field will also attract much attention.In this paper,northern Hebei is taken as an example,from the perspective of society,such three characteristics as sustainable development,coordination and sustainability are taken as the dimensions of the first-level indicators to show the renovation sustainability of old residential communities,and the AHP-EWM combination weighting method is used to calculate the weights of evaluation indicators at all levels under the scientific,systematic and reasonable index screening,and then 10 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators are constructed as the infrastructure based on the sustainability evaluation index system on renovation of old residential communities in northern Hebei with high-quality development.The results can provide some references for promoting the improvement of the sustainability level on renovation of old residential communities in northern Hebei.
