摘要
目的:研究交趾黄檀Dalbergia cochinchinensis Pierre.ex Laness心材的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱、制备液相等色谱方法对交趾黄檀心材醇提物的二氯甲烷部位进行分离纯化,并采用现代波谱学方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从交趾黄檀心材醇提物的二氯甲烷部位中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:obtusafuran methyl ether(1)、5,6-dimethoxy-3-methyl-2-phenylbenzofuran(2)、豆甾醇(3)、2-(2-甲基丁酰氧基)乙基-十四酸酯(4)、latinone(5)、2-[5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-2-(3-phenyl-trans-allyloxy)benzyl]-5-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-phenylbenzofuran(6)、7-羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(7)、2-[4,5-dimethoxy-2-(3-phenyl-trans-allyloxy)benzyl]-5-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-phenylbenzofuran(8)。结论:其中,化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2、4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the heartwood of Dalbergia cochinchinensis.Methods:The chemical constituents from the dichloromethane part of Dalbergia cochinchinensis were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel and preparative liquid methods,and the stuctures were identified by modern spectral method.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane part of the heartwood of Dalbergia cochinchinensis and identified as obtusafuran methyl ether(1),5,6-dimethoxy-3-methyl-2-phenylbenzofuran(2),stigmasterol(3),2-(2-methylbutyryloxy)ethyl-tetradecanoate(4),latinone(5),2-[5-hydroxy-4-me-thoxy-2-(3-phenyl-trans-allyloxy)benzyl]-5-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-phenylbenzofuran(6),7-hydroxy-6-methoxyflavone(7),2-[4,5-dim-ethoxy-2-(3-phenyl-trans-allyloxy)benzyl]-5-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-phenylbenzofuran(8),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,com-pounds 1 is new natural products,compounds 2,4 are isolated from Dalbergia genus for the first time,compounds 6 is isolated from Dal-bergia cochinensis for the first time.
