摘要
针对矿山极薄煤层工作面采高低、设备选型困难、工作安全系数低的现状,结合双阳煤矿智能开采技术落后的问题,建立多源数据驱动的精细化三维模型及综合信息管控平台,以提高薄煤开采效率、降低生产安全风险。首先,获取钻孔、三维地震等矿山多源异构数据并对其分析处理归类,然后基于路径切割算法、距离加权插值等手段建立集巷道、断层、采区、煤岩层、工作面为一体的极薄煤层综合模型。其次搭建虚拟现实云平台,结合Unity3D开发引擎、WebGL技术等将构建的精细化模型渲染发布,并在其中进行环境感知、通风、地压等数据的监测监控。同时为了兼顾井下施工数据获取的便捷性,采用手机端平台增强了信息管理的时效性。结果表明,提出的双阳煤矿精细化建模及可视化平台可提高工作面透明化、开采智能化、风险预警数字化及生产管理信息化。
Aiming at the current situation of the low mining height of extremely thin coal seam working face,difficulty in equipment selection and low working safety factor,combined with the backward problem of intelligent mining technology in Shuangyang Coal Mine,the efficiency of thin coal mining was improved and the production safety risks was reduced by establishing a multi-source data-driven refined geological model and a virtual reality platform.Firstly,multi-source heterogeneous data of mines such as borehole and 3Dseismic was acquired,analyzed and classified.Then,based on path cutting algorithm,distance weighted interpolation and other means,a comprehensive geological model of extremely thin coal seam was established,which integrated roadway,fault,mining area,coal and rock stratum and working face.Finally,a virtual reality cloud platform was built,combined Unity3Ddevelopment engine and WebGL technology,the constructed 3Dvisualization model was rendered and released,and the monitoring arrangement of environment perception,ventilation,ground pressure and other data in the refined model was carried out.At the same time,in order to take into account the convenience of acquiring underground construction data,the mobile phone platform was used to enhance the timeliness of information management.The results show that the proposed fine modeling and visualization platform in Shuangyang Coal Mine can improve the transparency of the working face,the intelligence of mining,the digitization of risk warning,and the informatization of production management.
