扁平化责任制护理对微创介入治疗子宫肌瘤患者术后并发症及康复效果的影响

Effect of flat responsibility nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients with uterine fibroids treated with minimally invasive interventions

目的探讨扁平化责任制护理对微创介入治疗子宫肌瘤患者术后并发症及康复效果的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2021年3月收治子宫肌瘤患者90例,均接受微创介入导管栓塞子宫动脉术治疗,随机数字法下,常规护理患者45例纳为对照组,扁平化责任制护理患者45例纳为研究组,对2组所得护理结局对比分析。结果研究组患者肠蠕动时间、肛门排气时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组干预后1个月尿潴留发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组护理前生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创介入导管栓塞子宫肌瘤患者治疗期间,辅助扁平化责任制护理,可促进术后患者消化功能恢复,改善患者排尿情况,提升患者生活质量,减少并发症发生可能性,临床护理效果较为明显。

Objective To explore the effect of flat responsibility nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients with uterine fibroids treated with minimally invasive interventions.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids treated with minimally invasive interventional catheter embolization from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and study group,with 45 cases per group.Conventional nursing was applied to patients in the control group,and flat responsibility nursing was applied to those of the study group.Nursing outcomes were compared between groups.Results Intestinal peristalsis time([14.41±0.18]h)and anal exhaust time([31.25±1.45]h)in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of urinary retention 1 month after intervention was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.56%[7/45]vs 35.56%[16/45],P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05),which,after nursing,was significantly better in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of minimally invasive interventional catheter embolization for patients with uterine fibroids,the auxiliary flat responsibility nursing can promote the recovery of postoperative digestive function,improve the urination and quality of life,and reduce the possibility of complications with an obvious nursing effect.
