无创机械通气对老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量与认知功能的影响

Effects of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on sleep quality and cognitive function in elderly COPD patients with respiratory failure

目的 探讨无创机械通气对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量与认知功能的影响。方法 选择本院2018年6月~2020年6月130例COPD合并呼吸衰竭老年患者作为研究对象,比较其使用无创机械通气治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA)。结果 患者治疗后的PSQI总分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗后的MoCA总分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无创机械通气可显著改善老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的睡眠质量、认知能力,可根据患者的实际情况在临床中灵活运用。

Objective To study the effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on sleep quality and cognitive ability in elderly COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 130 elderly patients with COPD combined respiratory failure from June 2018 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Montreal Cognitive Function Assessment Scale(MoCA)of these patients were compared before and after treatment with noninvasive mechanical ventilation.Results The total PSQI score of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of MoCA after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the sleep quality and cognitive ability of elderly COPD patients with respiratory failure,and should be used flexibly in the clinic according to the actual situation of the patient.
