音乐疗法联合5A护理模式对癫痫患儿心理状况的影响

Influence of music therapy combined with 5A nursing mode on psychological status of children with epilepsy

目的初步探讨音乐疗法联合5A护理模式对小儿癫痫患儿心理状况的影响。方法选取本院2020年1月~2021年5月本院门诊及住院收治的癫痫患儿60例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将60例癫痫患儿分为常规护理组(n=30)和音乐疗法联合5A护理组(n=30),常规护理组及音乐疗法联合5A护理组研究对象性别、年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。通过参照生活质量核心量表(Core Quality of Life Scale,QOL-C30)、Hearth希望量表(Hearth Hope Scale,HHI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale,PSQI)、汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)反映癫痫患儿的心理状况。结果两组护理前生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后音乐疗法联合5A护理组生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。两组护理前希望水平、睡眠质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后音乐疗法联合5A护理组HHI评分较高、PSQI评分较低(P<0.05)。两组护理前心理状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后音乐疗法联合5A护理组HAMA评分、HAMD评分较低(P<0.05)。结论本文研究结果显示音乐疗法联合5A护理模式可有效提高癫痫患儿生活质量、希望水平、睡眠质量、自护能力,缓解心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of music therapy combined with 5A nursing mode on the psycho-logical status of children with epilepsy.Methods From January 2020 to May 2021,60 children with epilepsy in our hospital were selected as subjects.Sixty children with epilepsy were divided into routine care group(n=30)and music therapy combined with 5A care group(n=30)by random number table method.There was no statistical difference in gender and age between the conventional care group and music therapy combined with 5A care group(P>0.05),which was comparable.By referring to the Core Quality of Life Scale(QOL-C30),Hearth Hope Scale(HHI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),the psychological status of children with epilepsy was reflected.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the score of quality of life in the group of music therapy com-bined with 5A nursing after nursing was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hope level and sleep quality between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while HHI score and PSQI score were higher and lower in the 5A nursing group after nursing(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in psychological state between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the 5A nursing group after nursing were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study show that music therapy combined with 5A nursing mode can effectively improve the quality of life,hope level,sleep quality,self-care ability and alleviate psychological state of chil-dren with epilepsy,which is worthy of clinical application.
