十二烯基琥珀酸酐改性玉米秸秆

Modification of Corn Stalk with Dodecenyl Succinic Anhydride

摘要 为高效利用农业废弃物玉米秸秆(CS),用十二烯基琥珀酸酐(DDSA)作为酯化剂对玉米秸秆进行酯化改性。采用单因素分析法,研究反应时间、酯化剂含量、催化体系比例、溶胀时间对反应产物增重率的影响,从而确定酯化改性的反应条件。由FT-IR谱图可知改性后玉米秸秆在3 345 cm^(-1)处的-OH含量均明显下降,1 750 cm^(-1)处的C=O明显增多。XPS谱图结果表明:改性前CS中C1 (C=C、C-C)、C2(C-O)、C3(C=O)、C4(C-O-C)含量分别为47.85%、40.24%、9.12%和2.79%。经DDSA改性后变为40.52%、28.48%、1 9.05%和1 1.95%,即改性后C1 (C=C、C-C)、C2(C-O)含量均下降,而C3(C=O)、C4(C-O-C)含量均增加。 In order to efficiently utilize agricultural waste corn stalk (CS),the corn stalk is modified with dodecenyl succinic anhydride (DDSA) as esterification agent.The effects of reaction time,content of esterifying agent,proportion of catalyst system and swelling time on the weight gain rate of reaction products are studied by single factor analysis method,so as to determine the reaction conditions of esterification modification.The FT-IR spectra show that after modification,the content of—OH at 3 345 cm^(-1)significantly decreases,and the C=O at 1 750 cm^(-1)markedly increases.The XPS spectra show that the contents of C1(C=C,C-C),C2(C-O),C3(C=O) and C4(C-O-C) in CS before modification are 47.85%,40.24%,9.12%and2.79%respectively.After modified by DDSA,it becomes 40.52%,28.48%,19.05% and 11.95%,that is,the contents of C1(C=C,C-C) and C2(C-O)decrease,while the contents of C3(C=O) and C4(C-O-C) increase compared with that before modification.
