摘要
在铝合金零件的胶接工艺中,为延长粘接面的适用期限,改善粘接面的粘接性能,结构粘接用底胶应运而生。随着对环境友好型胶粘剂的要求日益提升,水基结构粘接用底胶受到日益关注。以实验室自制的环氧树脂水分散体为基体,以改性咪唑为促进剂,探究了固化剂、气相Si O2、偶联剂、抑制腐蚀剂对底胶性能的影响,并形成了一种相对优化的底胶制备方法。
For improving the pot-life and properties between the adhesion surfaces,the structural adhesive primer has been applied in the process of bonding aluminum alloy parts.With the increasing of requirement for environmentally friendly adhesive,the water-borne primer attracts more and more attentions.The adhesive primer is prepared with the self-synthesized epoxy resin as matrix and the modified imidazole as promoter,and the effects of curing agent,fumed SiO2,coupling agent and corrosion inhibiting agent on the performances of primer are discussed.Finally,a relatively optimized method for preparing primer is formed.
