摘要
为了实现对相变材料的有效封装,充分发挥相变材料的温度调节功能,以OP18E(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)相变材料为核心,采用控流操作的方式制备出三种不同核壳比的相变材料微胶囊。通过电子显微镜和差示扫描量热仪获取微胶囊的微观形貌和热特性参数。经实验研究发现,研究所制备的相变材料微胶囊具有良好的储能、储热性能。
In order to achieve effective packaging of phase change materials and give full play to the temperature regulation function of phase change materials,OP18E(octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether) phase change materials are used as the core,and three types of phase change material microcapsules are prepared with different core shell ratios by flow control operations.The micro morphology and thermal characteristics of the microcapsules are obtained by electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.Through experimental research,it is found that the phase change material microcapsules prepared in this study have good energy and heat storage properties.
