市政道路施工用橡胶沥青改性剂加固性能分析

摘要 为提高路面的耐久性和使用寿命,减少路面的维修次数和费用,对道路施工用橡胶沥青改性剂加固性能进行了研究分析。选取某一市政道路路面维修工程作为路面加固实验区,准备基质沥青作为对照组L-1试样,依次制备添加40目橡胶改性剂、60目橡胶改性剂以及SBS改性剂的改性沥青,构成L-2、L-3、L-4组试样,采用高温车辙试验、高温流变试验以及水稳定性试验,测试每种试样的加固性能。经测试分析:未改性的基质沥青L-1试样在高温环境下的车辙深度较大、动稳定度较弱,在四组试样中的加固性能最差;改性后的每组试样中,通过40目橡胶改性的L-2组试样始终具有良好的抗高温车辙能力,同时在冻融环境中,L-2组试样的劈裂抗拉强度较高,因此该组试样在冻融恶劣环境中依然可以实现优异的加固效果。 In order to improve the durability and service life of pavement and reduce the maintenance frequency and cost of pavement,the reinforcement performance analysis of rubber asphalt modifier for municipal road construction is studied.A municipal road pavement maintenance project is selected as the experimental area for pavement reinforcement,and the matrix asphalt is prepared as the L-1 sample of the control group.The modified asphalt with 40 mesh rubber modifier,60 mesh rubber modifier and SBS modifier is prepared in turn to form L-2,L-3 and L-4 groups of samples.The reinforcement performance of each sample is tested by high-temperature rutting test,high-temperature rheological test and water stability test.According to the test and analysis,the unmodified matrix asphalt L-1 sample has a deep rutting depth and weak dynamic stability at high temperature,and its reinforcement performance is the worst among the four groups of samples.In each group of modified samples,the L-2 group of samples modified with 40 mesh rubber always has a good rutting resistance at high temperature,and the splitting tensile strength of L-2 group of samples is high in freeze-thaw environment,so this group of samples can still achieve excellent reinforcement effect in freeze-thaw harsh environment.
