术中放疗在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress of intraoperative radiotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors

妇科恶性肿瘤严重威胁着全球女性的生命健康,其有效治疗是全人类面对的重大难题。以手术为主、辅以化疗或放疗的综合治疗是目前妇科恶性肿瘤的主要治疗原则。但中晚期及复发性妇科恶性肿瘤患者仍预后不佳。因此我们仍需探索新的、更有效的治疗手段以延长患者生存时间,改善患者预后。术中放疗不仅可以更有效地灭杀肿瘤细胞,还能降低病灶周围组织的放射损伤。对于妇科恶性肿瘤,术中放疗+手术+体外放射治疗/化疗可以有效地控制肿瘤的局部复发,具有良好的应用前景。

Gynecological malignancies are serious threats to the health of women,which is a major problem worldwide.Surgery-based comprehensive therapy with chemotherapy or radiotherapy is the main treatment principle for gynecological malignant tumors.However,the prognosis of patients with advanced or recurrent cancer is poor.Novel and more effective therapies need to be explored to prolong the survival and improve the prognosis.Intraoperative radiotherapy is a new treatment option that can directly kill the tumor cells,and minimize radiation damage to the surrounding tissue.For gynecological malignant tumors,intraoperative radiotherapy+surgery+external radiotherapy/chemotherapy can effectively control the local recurrence of tumors,which has a promising application prospect.
