超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的有效性及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Ultrasound-guided Mammotome Minimally Invasive Potary Surgery in the Treatment of Benign Breast Nodules

目的:探讨乳腺良性结节患者采用超声引导下麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切术治疗的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年12月瑞昌市人民医院收治的80例乳腺良性结节患者,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组给予常规开放切除术治疗,研究组给予超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术治疗。对两组临床指标、瘢痕形态、乳房外观美学及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,研究组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,术后1 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分均较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组乳房外观美学优良率(100%)较对照组(85.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组(5.00%)并发症发生率较对照组(22.50%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节能够降低术后疼痛感,减轻对乳房外观美学的影响,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive potary surgery in the treatment of patients with benign breast nodules.Method:A total of 80 patients with benign breast nodules treated in the People's Hospital of Ruichang from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional open resection and the study group was given ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive potary surgery.The clinical indexes,scar morphology,breast appearance aesthetics and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation time of the study group was shorter,the intraoperative bleeding volume of the study group was less,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score 1 day after operation was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Vancouver scar scale(VSS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of breast appearance aesthetics in the study group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive potary surgery in the treatment of benign breast nodules can reduce postoperative pain,reduce the impact on breast appearance aesthetics,and reduce the incidence of complications.
